It's Good 2 Give

It's Good 2 Give

Its Good 2 Give spent its early years running a healthy snack round in the oncology ward of the Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh but founder Lynne McNicoll quickly extended the services offered to include workshops, mentoring, housework help and requests for practical support.

She captured the imagination of businesses and key influencers, recruiting celebrities such as Peter Capaldi, Lynsey Sharp and Grant Stott to support her as patrons.

Her busy calendar of fundraising events ranges from large to small and the charity has also been appointed as Charity of the Year by leading businesses such as Lothian Buses, Hard Rock Cafe, Edinburgh, St Andrews University Fashion Show 2015 and the Walker Group. In June 2015 she was named OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
