The Scottish Property Awards is Scotland’s annual awards celebration for Scotland’s commercial property industry, now in its fifth year.
There are 18 categories available to enter for the 2018 awards. Developers, funders, architects, councils, agents, professional advisers and contractors are all encouraged to apply.
The awards are free to enter and organisations are invited to enter as many categories in the programme as they wish.
The finalists have now been announced in the first 15 of the categories. Entries can still be submitted in the remaining 3 categories:

Entrants will have until 12 Noon on 31st December 2017 to submit entries in the remaining categories below.
One of our most prestigious accolades, this award will be presented to an individual who has enjoyed a successful career at the top of their game in commercial property.
This award will be presented to an individual based in Scotland who has driven positive change in the commercial or public building sector.

Voted live on the night, this will be presented to a deal team which has successfully completed a landmark transaction in investment, occupation or sales.
